1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Hukkum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not Financial Advice
Hukkum provides AI-generated analysis of trading charts for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Past performance and forecasts do not guarantee future results.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay (India) or PayPal (international). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Scan credits granted with a plan expire at the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support within 7 days of a charge.
5. Referral Program
Referrers earn a 30% revenue share on paid monthly subscriptions of users they refer, for as long as the referred user remains a paying subscriber. Withdrawals are processed via UPI (India) or PayPal (international) after admin review. Fraudulent or self-referrals are disqualified.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not: reverse engineer the Service, upload unlawful content, abuse rate limits, or resell access without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hukkum shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
